How we handle your information.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we use the details you give us only to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any resulting work.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It is not loaded, and sets no cookies, until you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. If you reject, nothing is collected.

When accepted, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*, lasting up to two years) and records pages viewed, time on page, how you arrived (for example a search engine or link), approximate location at city level, device, browser and screen size, and clicks on our email address and "Start conversation" buttons. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not use advertising or remarketing features.

Google processes this data on our behalf as a data processor; it may be transferred outside the UK under Google's standard contractual safeguards. We keep analytics data for 14 months. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing. Project information is treated as confidential to the client and its professional team.
