Rich in character and quality, Fitzroy Place is home to 235 apartments as well luxury shopping outlets, renowned restaurants and exquisite commercial space. Okto were awarded the AV contract on the penthouse suites as well as a handful of apartments within the complex.

The penthouse positioning makes the most of its unique location at the heart of London and is finished to an extremely high specification with stunning features including direct lift access, Lutron lighting control and the highest levels of Crestron building technology allowing the user to control not only the audio and video but the automated blind system. The user controls run on bespoke Ipads, which have been fully modified (as part of our joint venture with Apple) and designed specifically to display the interiors of the Fitzroy apartments to allow for a simple user experience.
